Turn Off Do Not Disturb Mode in iOS

Turn off Do Not Disturb Mode in the widget's screen of your Apple Device. 

This means that if you get involved in a motorcycle accident having CRASHLIGHT® enabled, you won't hear the siren that gets activated while the crash detection service is alerting your contacts.

Similarly, if a user has set you as their CRASHLIGHT® emergency contact to get help in the event of a crash, you won't hear your phone ring or vibrate while the device is set to Do Not Disturb Mode.

So turn it off.
